I have been a qualified teacher of adults for over 20 years and I run various workshops around the country.
I tutor workshops for 2 or 3 days on specific techniques or plants and subjects of seasonal interest. Please email me for details of any of my classes or workshops, or subscribe here to receive my newsletter with details of tuition and exhibitions. You can also see my blog to see what is coming up and what I have been up to.
I also offer 1:1 tuition and coaching as well as artist development if you are at a cross roads in your painting and can't decide the ‘where next’. Click here to go to my ‘Paint Nature’ site where there are more details of the individual services I offer.
Cambridge University Botanic Garden holds a variety of workshops and I run a few with them each year; you can find details of their programme at www.botanic.cam.ac.uk. The botanic garden is part of the university where Charles Darwin studied and has unusual and amazing collections of plants; the Winter Garden has a special beauty.
Field Breaks based in the beautiful Peak District; their programme is at www.fieldbreaks.co.uk. These workshops are held at various locations around the country, including in the heart of the breathtaking peak district – stunning views wherever you look. We also run Field Breaks courses at beautiful grade I listed Madingley Hall in Cambridge.
I also run workshops for various botanic gardens, societies and florilegia, for example Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh and at the Eden Project. Please email me if you would like to enquire about booking me to teach a workshop with you or your organisation.
